The service

Automated Blueprints provides a hosted business website for $1,500 setup plus $97/month. The standard scope covers one business, up to five marketing pages, one contact form, basic website search setup, and two consolidated revision rounds before launch. See the full service scope.

Before work starts

We provide a written order confirming the pages, deliverables, access and content required, payment schedule, target launch date, and any approved outside costs. Sending an inquiry does not create a purchase or subscription. Service begins only after you accept the written order.

You provide accurate business information, content you have permission to use, required account access, and timely feedback. You approve the final website before launch. Delayed access, feedback, or provider approvals may change the schedule; we communicate any revised dates.

Setup, monthly care, and extra work

The setup fee pays for the agreed preparation, design adaptation, build, testing, and launch. The $97 monthly subscription starts at the agreed website launch and renews monthly until canceled. Domain registration and renewal and any approved third-party subscriptions are separate; we explain them before you agree.

Monthly care includes hosting, SSL, routine maintenance and fixes to the delivered website, and one batch of supplied content changes taking up to 15 minutes. Unused update time does not roll over. Fixing our implementation errors does not use that allowance. New pages, redesigns, additional functionality, and other tech projects require a separate written scope and price.

Your content and our website framework

You retain ownership or your existing rights in your domain, Google Business Profile, logo, supplied photos, business information, and customer records. We do not take ownership of those assets.

We retain our rights in the original reusable code, layouts, and framework we provide. You receive a limited license to use the assembled website through our hosting service while your subscription is active. This package does not include a transferable source-code purchase, rights to redistribute our framework, or migration to another host. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses; we do not claim ownership of them.

Your $1,500 setup payment is for building and launching this hosted service. It does not buy a standalone website to host elsewhere. Any separately agreed transfer or different license must be in writing before you rely on it.

Canceling hosting

Email hello@automatedblueprints.com before your next renewal to cancel. We confirm the final service date by email. Hosting and care continue through the paid billing period, then the hosted site goes offline and the service license ends. We stop future subscription renewals.

Your domain and Google Business Profile remain yours. You can point your domain to another website. Ask for a copy of your supplied content and any customer records held by us before the service ends. Source-code transfer and migration work are not included.

Cancellation during setup and refunds

If you cancel before launch, we account for the completed work under the milestones in your written order and any approved, nonrecoverable third-party costs. Unearned prepaid amounts are refunded. If we cannot deliver agreed work, we discuss correction or a refund for undelivered work. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Support and outside providers

Support is by email. Our target is a human response within two business days, Monday–Friday excluding US public holidays. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time or 24-hour emergency service. We investigate website faults and coordinate with relevant providers, but cannot control their outages or approval times.

Results and responsibilities

We deliver the agreed website work and care. We do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, inquiries, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party services. Google determines Business Profile eligibility and verification. Your team responds to customer inquiries and remains responsible for the accuracy of its business claims and approved content.

The standard contact form is for general business inquiries. Custom handling of sensitive medical information, payments, or confidential project files requires separate scoping before implementation.

Optional Google Business Profile work

Google Business Profile setup or cleanup is not included in the website setup fee or monthly care. Any requested profile work has a separate written scope and one-time price agreed before work begins. You retain ownership of the profile and complete any required verification.

Other tech help and existing agreements

Other tech help is an optional, separately quoted project. Its deliverables, cost, and any ongoing support are agreed in writing. It is not included in the $97/month website service.

Existing signed agreements and licenses supplied with earlier purchases keep their agreed terms. This website-service offer does not retroactively change those rights. Contact us for help with an existing purchase.
