Who we are

What we sell

• Done-for-you services. Websites and the Lead Flow System, billed monthly. The exact scope is agreed with you before anything starts.
• Website templates. Digital downloads, delivered as a zip file immediately after checkout.

Refunds

Templates and digital downloads: all sales are final. Once the files are delivered, they cannot be returned, so we cannot offer refunds on digital products. Every template has a full live demo you can click through before buying, so you can see exactly what you are getting.

That said, we stand behind the product. If something in your download is broken or not as described, email us and we will make it right.

Template license, the short version

Buying a template gives you a license to:

• Build unlimited websites for unlimited clients, with no royalties or per-site fees
• Charge your clients whatever you want
• Modify, recolor, rewrite, and extend the templates however you like
• Host the finished websites anywhere

The one thing you cannot do: resell, redistribute, or give away the template source files themselves as a template, theme, starter kit, or anything similar. You sell finished websites, not our files.

The full license text is included in every download and is the version that governs.

Delivery

Template purchases are delivered by an instant download link right after checkout. The link stays valid for 30 days. Lose the file after that? Email us with your receipt and we will resend it, no charge.

Monthly services

Done-for-you plans are month to month. Every agreement includes a 90-day out clause: if it is not working, you can leave. Specific terms are set out in the agreement you sign before we start, and that agreement governs the service.

The sensible fine print

• Templates and services are provided as described. We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue, because nobody honestly can.
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.
• If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
